Out Of Office

Ever feel like putting up an Out Of Office sign at the start of your workweek? You’re certainly not alone. Though you may not be able to actually stay home, wearing a fun, graphic tee is a great way to make it though that first day. Truth be told I’d wear this outfit any day of the week, but this Monday is a little special for me…

I’ve stepped out of one office and into another. It just so happens today is the first day at my new job! After years of working in the travel industry I’ve been longing for a change for quite a while now. Luckily, the stars have aligned, along with some hard work & crossed fingers on my end and I’ve accepted a new position in the fashion tech industry! I’ve juggled far too many responsibilities the last few months, which has left me feeling worn. I’m sure you can imagine how thrilled I am to be making this change since I’ll get to do more of what I love!

We all have difficult moments in our careers and sometimes the most exciting part of your day is what you decide to wear. That’s certainly how I was feeling the last time I wore this skirt. Now I look forward to styling the start of my day like an appetizer and finally getting to enjoy the main course when I arrive to work. Instead of boho chic maybe I’ll call this style boho cheek heh heh… Are those sounds of silence? I may be the only one laughing, but I’m “out of office”, so who cares?! 😉
