In August I flew back east to see friends in Philly and NYC before heading home to S.C for my high school reunion #nopressure lol. It was a whirlwind tour, but I had SUCH a great time; if only there were more hours in the day! Mr. T joined me in South Carolina for the reunion and to see family and friends, but it was the first time I dragged him home in the August heat. He survived, but let’s just say it wasn’t his FAVorite.
For added entertainment, the night before the reunion we went to see my dad’s band play. They jam out to the 50’s & 60’s and though most of Heart ‘n Soul is retired they play for the love of it and donate their proceeds to charity. Pretty awesome, right! I captured them on Instagram and you’ll notice my dad “waving his hands in the air like he just don’t care” in the video below. I made Mr. T sweat it out to capture this 70’s inspired look before heading inside and if I DO say so myself, this look, and the band, were both on point. Ahem… “Thank you and good night!” 😉
