I hope you had a great Labor Day weekend! We stayed in town and worked on home projects. I’m in major nesting mode and can’t seem to redesign our place fast enough! They say “patience is a virtue”… I’m trying to listen, but I must have gotten wax stuck in my ears. Mr. T and I snuck off to the Alameda Flea Market held the first weekend of every month and boy is it MAJOR; a delectible feast for the eyes!
Luckily, I have a small car so thoughtful selections must be made. What does one wear to a flea market? I went with a retro vibe. My top and bag are a bit 70’s, long shorts remind me of the 50’s, but looser (you may have seen me wear them here), and if they were pants the pleating feels very Bacall. Just saying. The sunnies are doing this 60’s thing, and the jewelry feels very modern. And my hair? Well it just adds to the modern retro mash up. Basically I’m all a jumble, but just like the flea market it somehow all works!
