It’s Birthday time! I hope you are all having a fabulous day! Mr. T is taking me to a great restaurant tonight for dinner. It was my choice but neither of us have been there so fingers crossed it’s as good as it looks. It’s called Range and you can see the menu here. I don’t have a lot of time but I did want to share a few fun things with you. I’ve only been blogging for a few months and it’s amazing that now I couldn’t image life without it. It’s been a great way to connect with wonderful people, share ideas, use my creative side and to learn something new. I know I have a long way to go but for the moment I’m going to appreciate the small steps I taken.
I thought I’d share these fun photos of me when I was little. Even though I’ve only been blogging a short while as you can see I’ve been posing since early on. Never met a camera I didn’t like haha.
I remember getting this black and white sweater and skirt. My mom bought it in NYC for me after I was baptized and I thought I was big time.
I haven’t changed my habits much since I’m still raiding my mom’s closet, love jewelry and playing “dress up”.
I love looking at old pictures. It reminds me that there have been so many special moments in my life and I look forward to the moments yet to come. Mr. T created one of those moments for me today. He handed me this beautiful card first thing this morning. I couldn’t help taking pictures of it. I mean who doesn’t feel special reciving a card with an embossed seal…
When I opened it I saw this amazing embroidered card. It really is a piece of art and I can’t stop looking at it! We’re heading to Outside Lands music festival as part of my birthday celebration and he’s also giving me some fun money to shop with while I’m in NYC for IFBCON and LuckyFABB. Are you going to either one?
To top it all off he sent me these beautiful flowers this afternoon! I must say I feel very loved and consider myself an awfully lucky girl! I hope that this day is an indication of a great year ahead and I’m excited to continue learning no matter if the steps are big or small.
